We do not accept any returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order please feel free to send a message with your concerns.

We offer free shipping for all items. To keep costs down stickers are shipped via first class mail. Stickers are shipped with no tracking. Please be sure to check that your address is verified before ordering, an unconfirmed or incorrect address can result in the item(s) being returned. If this happens additional shipping charges to resend the item(s) will occur. We are not responsible for any lost orders. If you would like tracking on your stickers please upgrade your shipping.

All other items are shipped with usps ground tracking.

Unfortunately at this time stickers are not UV resistant. They are waterproof but would not recommend putting them in the dishwasher.

Vinyl decals will last outside for up to 6 years. They are UV resistant and weatherproof.
